Common questions

I bought "Remove Ads" but ads are still showing

First try Restore Purchases in the game's Settings menu — this is the fix for a reinstall, a new device, or a purchase that was interrupted. Your purchase is tied to the Google or Apple account that made it, so make sure you're signed in with the same one. If ads are still there afterwards, email us and mention which game, which platform, and roughly when you bought it.

I changed my mind about personalised ads

Open the game's Settings menu and use the privacy options entry point to change your answer. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID from your device settings — see the mobile privacy policy for exactly where.

Bob vs Horde has no such setting because its ads are never personalised in the first place — there is no profile to turn off.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store rather than by us, because the store took the payment. Use Google Play's refund process or Apple's Report a Problem. If the reason is something broken in one of our games, tell us too — we'd rather fix it.

I lost my progress

Saves live on your device, not on our servers, so uninstalling a game or resetting a phone removes them. Your device's own backup (Google Drive or iCloud) may hold a copy. Purchases are the exception — those restore from your store account, as above.

Bob vs Horde is the exception: if you used its optional Player Account, your progress is synced by Unity and should come back when you sign in again.

What data do your games collect?

Very little, and there are no accounts. Each game has its own policy, because they are built differently:

Reporting a bug

Email senekudesign@gmail.com. The more of this you can include, the faster it gets fixed:

  • Which game, and the version number from the Settings screen
  • Your device and OS version — for example "iPhone 14, iOS 18.2"
  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visible

Accessibility

If something in one of our games is hard to read, hard to hear or hard to control, tell us. It's useful feedback and we do act on it.

Press and business

Press enquiries are welcome at the same address — there's a press kit with logos, screenshots and a fact sheet.
